DazzlingBrite took three unauthorised payments from my card. Their phones lines are dead. I returned the goods. I have written to them to cancel and ask for refunds. I have not received replies. You need to go to your bank and get them to stop any payments from your debit or credit card. I have also contacted Trading Standards at my local council, who are liaising with their Cheshire colleagues (where supposedly Dazzling Brite has their office). Cheshire Standards are going to set up a surveillance to see exactly what is going on from this ‘office’. Have you noticed that their website domain name is currently undergoing investigation or deletion?? Interesting?
