I went into SpecSavers in Sheperds Bush to have my glasses tightened and the black lady in store with short blond hair left me waiting for half an hour and served customers that had entered the store after me. When I had initially told her what I wanted she told me I would have to wait and I asked her how long and she said she didn't give me an answer she just said that she needed to serve the customer standing behind me. Once she served him she served another two people who entered the store. From what was being said it was clear that the others clearly didn't have appointments. When it got quiet she then chose to tidy the desk and then make phone calls rather than deal with my request. At no pint did she try to reassure me of how long I would have to continue to wait.
In the end I just got up and walked out.
