Dear sir/madam,
The virtual racing system currently takes bets even if race is off. The punter does not know this if the bet is valid or not. If the bet loses the bet is discarded and the punter is none the wiser. he punter loses the money which ends with Ladbrokes or the employes at the shop. If however it wins and you attempt to collect the winnings you are told that is late bet and you get your money back. It happen to me this morning and I was witness to many occasions with other punters. It can turn nasty especially if you already are loosing money and when you have a winner, which is rare anyway, you are told that you are late. The computer systems are now so advanced to be able to close betting soon as the OFF is given on a particular race. Please help as is unfair on the public which support the betting industry with their presence in all betting shops.
