I went to the website and put in I was wanting a complete double bed with matress it came up with a double divan bed priced at a reduced price of £137.00 I proceeded to purchase the bed and gave details for the Free delivery service and recieved my bed ten days later however when the delivery man brought out the bed it was only a base and when i asked he said hes had a few customers stating thats not what they ordered as hes just a courier for a different company. I called beds.direct.com and was told it was on a double divan base i had bought so after i explained thats not what it said id bought i told the customer service dept that i wanted to return they said that would be ok but its £40 to return so why dont they jst put me through to sales and get a mattress for an extra £45. I just think this is a sales plan so that people have no other option to buy a mattress from them. I explained the driver said that there where a few people yesterday on his rounds saying the same where is my mattress they didnt think they had just bought a divan base. Please do not purchase from this website as I feel its false advertising and do not do what I did and be caught out in this scam.
