We bought a memory foam bed from dreams less than 4 years ago. This bed cost over £1300. We have always used a mattress protector as advised when we purchased this bed. We also took out the 10 year guarantee which appears is not worth the paper it's written on!! Within 2 years of owning this bed we called customer services as we were both suffering from neck pain, we felt that the bed had sunk where we slept and there was a ridge in the middle. This mattress was turned feet to foot on a regular basis as it is all foam/memory foam we could not flip the mattress. A man from customer services came round and said that he has seen this before... when the letter came through dreams told us that they were not prepared to exchange our bed as it is natural wear and tear. If the sales person had told me that within 2 years of buying this bed the mattress would sink I would not have parted with my money. Two years on, we are still sleeping in the dreadful bed, not a night goes by where we do not wake up in pain. Dreams has caused me a complete nightmare... I would advise anyone to think twice before buying one of their beds. They are so unhelpful, I would NOT recommend this company or the memory foam beds that they sell.
