I bought a Sonay vaio 9 month back, one day on the screen i noticed multi-colour line. when i sent it to Sony they said it is accidental damage and will cost me £800 to repair. Sony technical team is not user friendly and rude. i told them trust me it's not accidental damage but they were so stubborn and didn't want to listen. they wanted to make money.

I would never buy any Sony product now onward. my advice is don't buy Sony Laptop. sony customer service is worsthandling customer, they are lair and wantes tomake money buy selling worst product.
