Purchased a fridge freezer two weeks ago only to have it break down, losing all of the contents. Had to wait four days for an engineer to call - he said the appliance needed replacing. We can not get any joy from the customer care department, as to how long this will take, they just seem to repeat the company handbook like robots! Even after having the appliance for only two weeks their company policy states that we will not be compensated for the loss of contents either.
We would advise anyone not to purchase a Serves product, it was our first and definitely our last.
