I ordered the Smart Smoker e-cigarette free trial pack for my husband. I had ordered him another free trial pack of another brand of e-cigarette and he didn't find them enough like regular cigarettes to use them. I read reviews about the Smart Smoker and it sounded like a better product. We received the cigarettes about nine days later... and figuring I had ten days to try them... and my husband was on a hunting trip when they came. I got my bank statement and even though it took nine days to get here it didn't take them very long to charge my account the free trial charge of $99.99. The free trial box was a months supply... NOT a couple of them to try. I called the number on the instruction sheet that they sent and I got a answering service that kindly explained that I had ten days from the day I ordered the trial pack to call them and let them know if I wanted them or not. Not ten days after I received them. So in essence I would have had one day. They were planning on sending me another months supply and charging my account another $99.99. The fellow I talked to said there was no recourse. That was his job to tell me that. I told him he had a lousy job!
