Basically, ordered a phone then cancelled it before it was in stock and sent. they then took money out 3 weeks after cancellation and are now refusing to refund, saying that they have a record but that no money was removed from my account! when i phone them, i wait for an hour in a queue only to be told that i cant speak to anyone in authority!
