On the 20th February I ordered a code from unlocksamsung.co.uk for 11.99
On the 22nd February I received the following email:
"We have contacted the Samsung Server our company uses and they have advised us that there are no unlock codes for your handset. We are happy to refund you at your request"
I accepted the refund but despite numerous messages have still not received a refund.
I have now contacted Barclaycard to try and recover the monies.
