I bought goods but they didn't send anything. I did get my money back after complaining to paypal

These people will take your money and not send the goods. I can find many people who they have done this to.

I complained to paypal and they eventually refunded me. I'm assuming paypal doesn't take any action if they do get a complaint so they're making money from the people who don't report.
