I am Czarina Buenafe from the Philippines. i was browsing the net and i saw an advertisement from DIGITAL SHOP UK LIMITED regarding the gadgets that they are selling. I got interested on their products and so i decided to buy.
I sent an e-mail to Ali Kamal (their sales manager) regarding my orders. I ordered 3 units of apple 40 gb ipod photo (40 usd each). He told me the mode of payment and i followed it. I sent a total of 120usd (Php 5150) to jei davies through western union money transfer on Nov. 16. He told me that upon the confirmation of my payment, they will ship the orders immediately through fedex and they will give me the tracking number. I then received an e-mail about my tracking number. It was 790875915119. But to my surprise, they told me that they sent me 1 unit of nokia n95 and 10 units of apple 40 gb ipod photo (2 units of them were free). They told me that i have to pay 500usd (300 usd for the n95 and 200usd for 5 units of i-pod) before i could get my order. I was shocked because i really don't have enough money to pay for those and i really don't have any intentions of buying n95 and a lot of i-pods. I only ordered 3 units because they told me that that was the minimum number of orders that they accept. I had a chat with ali kamal and he told me that i'll pay 50% of the payment and then i could already receive my order. He said that I'll just be paying the 50% balance after i receive them. I agreed on this deal despite of the fact that i really don't need those items. I just really wanted to receive my orders. Nov. 19, i sent 257usd (Php11000) to jei davies again. I was really expecting my orders already. But then, i receive an e-mail from ali kamal AGAIN saying that i have to pay my 50% balance before i could get the orders. I was really upset because we already had a deal and i really don't have much money. but i was hopeless and i can't do anything and so i again complied with what they want. for the 3rd time, i sent 243usd (Php 10400) last nov.23 to jei davies. After my confirmation of payment, ali kamal already assured me that I'll be receiving my order on the same day at 2pm. I waited for it but NOTHING came.
After that, i e-mailed him telling that i haven't receive anything. his reply shocked me. He told me that i need to pay 300usd AGAIN before i could get my orders. I told him that i really don't have any money left. I asked him if i could just pay 300usd after i receive my orders but he told me that if i won't pay, i won't receive anything. I can't do anything because i really don't have much money. I gave him already all of my savings. I'm just a student here in the Philippines and i don't have any job.
