I booked DS and CCTV course on april after finding cheapest offer at dean training. i paid that time. everything was fine. as long as I finished my DS training they were making pretexts with my certificate. everyday i called them they told me that they gonna confirm me the next day surely but they never called. later they informed that i failed in one exam and i have to resit. after resitting the exam, and as well as after a long delaying i got my certificate after 3months.
the problem begin actually now. i was trying to switch CCTV course to DS and replace my brother to do the course. they took 3 days just to confirm the payment they i made. the don't keep any record of previous activities. so same thing is happening, everyday they assured me that as soon as dean come to office they will confirm and let me know by calling me but they don't. i am tired to call them everyday. another thing is, they tell lie too much. I found other guys having trouble with their management. these people actually don't bother it they get money. they are rubbish company. i strongly recommend not to go to this training school. you will be in problem. spending money is unworthy in dean training.
i found another person not having the certificate from 5 months. i got a lot of cases like that.
believe me if you go, you will must be in trouble getting your certificate.
i can assure you that dean training is a rubbish, harassing, and trouble maker training school.
