We were approached by Phillip Williams of Whitehorse Corporation of, 133 Bishops Gate London UK, who was to facilitate an export deal on behalf of our buyer. We were the sellers of the product of which the buyer required.
As the buyer was based in the African country of Benin, he was not able to move funds around readilly enough. The buyer inturn put Phillip Williams in touch with us.
Phillip was in no way capable of supplying us with the info. we required regarding this. Deal. After many a gruelling info. and inquiry session with Phillip, we found that for this deal to go through smoothly, we were to put security up on our side as the buyer was not 100% sure we would perform. We did this by initially putting up the amount of US$50, 000.
Upon doing this, we were contacted by another company called Glamour Trust International. The Principal of the GTI again informed us that we were to put more funds up for security as South Africa was seen as a "terrorist" country? I mean, we were dealing with Benin! Surely it's obvious which side would lean towards being a terrorist country.
After many days of research on both companies, we reported them to the UK Finance Department of Registered and Authorised Financiers. To our utter surprise, they were found still to be in operation, although legitimacy was not present in their work ethics.
After us deciding to cancel the deal, we were informed that it is the buyers deceision whether he wants to give us our funds or not.
What utter "BS"
I have since taken matters further and am busy with legal recourse against Whitehorse Corporation and Phillip Williams personally as both the company and Phillip Williams do in fact exist!
