I'd like to describe my situation. I paid by credit card for my company formation and for almost two or three weeks nobody contact me.
After that time I called them to inform that I'm not joking and I'm going to open the claim in my bank to get money back.
I did this and I found that my credit card was debited in one of banks in Austria (EUROPE). I told them that if my company will not be created like I agreed I will inform Police about this fact and I will get money back through my bank as a fraud transaction.
After my clear message they did what they agreed and one month later I received my original documents. I changed already my registered agent and I'd like to forget about WSR corporation.
I'd like to aware every one that this company has changed the name for csr corporation, www.csr-corporation.com.
I'd like to write that only one way to get money back is to inform your bank that transaction with wire transfer or by credit card wasn't done properly and receiver of founds is scammer. It can be necessary to inform Police. You may be sure that your bank will get your money if you lost.
I've heard that this scammers are Germans so I'm not suprised that they are using bank in Austria.
