Delivery promised Feb 11
Delay - Refund requested April 10- no refund.
As of Feb.4th, delivery of item or refund has not been made.

Bayley has made lengthy excuses including parental decease, illness, work overload, 9/11 tragedy, etc.
Other individuals have reported his inablilty to deliver paid-for goods.
