On siging up for a trial period there were no clear instructions on how to cancel any membership and the company cannot be contacted by telephone.
On other dating sites you can click on your account and cancel any further charge. As i could not locate this option I changed my account to show as no longer active which did not stop further collection of monies.
When i noticed my credit card had been debited for 2 months i had no option but to e-mail them. I got fobbed off.
To be truthful i think this site is fake, i had out a full profile on and added a picture and not one person looked at my profile. I went on the live chat and there were never ever any other users on there to chat with.
