My partner signed up for a trial with Cupid PLC before we got together, about 18 months ago and didn't like it so cancelled his subscription before the trial ended. He's only just realised that they've been taking £29.99 as a card payment every month since, approx £500 has been taken without his knowledge. Not sure what we can do to claim this back, have stopped the payment via the bank because we can't find a phone number for Cupid PLC and they're not replying to their online email form.
