I bought a kitchen from this company and it was delivered on the 18th of July. The delivery man did not turn up until very late on the delivery date and he was so much in a hurry that he had to leave that he just pointed out what was in what pack to us without giving us the opportunity to actually verify everything.

However, the kitchen that was delivered was in a darker beech colour than i ordered but i accepted it anyway because it was impossible to reach them on the phone. Also there were so many missing items (doors, handles, extractor fan) and i called the company so many times to complain about the missing items and i was told someone would ring me back but no one ever did.

i was given an email address to send my complaint to and i have sent over 10 emails to this email address and no one has responded. I called their customer service again today and i was told that there is a long back log and maybe my email have not been read in almost two months and i still have to continue to wait for someone to ring me back.

i have parted with £1, 500 of my hard earned money which they insisted only had to be paid in cash and my kitchen units has only doors on one side of the kitchen. I cant cook in the kitchen because i have no extractor fan and i dont want the steam from the cooking to damage my kitchen.

It will be most appreciated if you can help chase this up as i have been trying to resolve it on my own for almost two months without any luck.
