After waiting 6 months for delivery, I have in the last month requested a refund to my credit card, over two weeks ago.
As today, 12th June, it had not been received, I phoned again and upon demanding an immediate refund, not only did they refuse to state they would do it within an agreed time, the phone was put down on me. They were happy taking my money, but cant tell me when they will refund me as they are obviously "very busy" ripping people off.
I have now passed matters over to the retailers dispute department of my credit card company but want to warn other customers thinking of byuing from AG Budget.
