Did not get the item that i paid fo

Purchased on line a mcaffe protection paid for the item and it never downloaded the payment has been takne out of the bank detail as follows Payment to Dri*Mcaffee-uk Luxembourg. ransaction was for £31.84 on 30th sept. I can t express how dissapinted i was that the product was not downloaded am don numerous ocassions i have tried to get in touch but they say they ahve no record of my purchase!!! i am now with no Pc protection as i can not afford another one
