I bought this package in 2010 for my partner who is recovering from cancer (and now has other possible bad health issues) 1n the first twelve months I have had to have a second hand replacement printer and two new hard drives. And that was only after I took on Comet with the help of the local press. Now after a power cut i have used my downloaded backup discs to reinstall the computor. Now it saying copy of windows is not genuine". I have spoken with Microsoft and Acer, the best I got was to part with £51 pounds to purchase install Disc (s) from you. I have had 18months of grief with this computor, would you be kind enough to help me with this, Im unemployed.
A one off breakdown is reasonable but not the problems ive had with it
