We placed an order to be delivered from the above pizza shop. when it came we were charged more than the website menu stated, it took over an hour and a half to arrive and was cold. we started to dish it up and realised that the pizza was not what we had ordered, they had sent a 10 inch peperoni but we ordered a 10 inch chicken, sweetcorn, pineapple, pepper and onion. we rang the shop and told them they offered to send a free one next time, i told them that was not good enough, eventually they agreed to send the replacement out, an hour later it had not arrived, i rang again and spoke to somebody different, he informed me they were too busy to do it tonight when i told him that we would not be ordering from them again and wanted our pizza tonight as promised he said, it's your choice, but your not getting it tonight we are too busy and hung up the phone.
