I ordered a pair of Ugg boots from this site on 11/1 for my daughters birthday. I realised a cou[plr of days later that I had ordered the wrong size. I tried to amend the order, but was too late. I received a card from DHL saying that my order had been delivered but I needed to pay a further £7 to have it redelivered. I telephoned DHL who said they would return the order. I have written countless emails to this website, but have still not had my money returned, or any correspondance advising what I should do. I'm now really fed up of waiting & would like my money refunded so that I can get her another paid elsewhere.
I would be grateful if someone could contact me as soon as possible.
