Ordered a pair of Ugg Boots on 14th May, received email on 17th May informing me of despatch. Emailled them as still not arrived as of 27th May.
I was then given a tracking number, and having checked the tracking number have been informed that they are awaiting customs charge!!!
Emailled company to ask what was going on and have been informed they will enquire and get back to me. Have since found this website and from other threads assume that they are fakes!!
Have failed a non receipt claim with Paypal, so fingers crossed they'll sort it!!!
