Welly Warehouse - Hunter Boots

Ordered a pair by phone on a Friday when Delivery was a MUST on the following Monday, confirmed with agent on the line and was promised the boots will be with me on the Monday. (If this was not the case I would have popped to my local store over the weekend and purchased a pair.) Come Monday, still no confirmation email - I contacted Welly Warehouse and spoke to Ann, a supervisor, I was told that the order I placed at 12:06pm on the Friday was not processed and so has not been sent for delivery, I was even offered the ability to cancel the order!! Ann went on to instruct me that the cut off time for next day delivery when ordering by phone is 12pm not 3pm... The website does not differentiate between web/phone orders when it speaks about delivery times AND I was not told this by the agent who took my card details. The website boasts "99%" of all deliveries arrive next day, I've also seen a comment from a Welly Warehouse representative boasting feedback is "99%" of the time positive... Makes you wonder, are these figures accurate? Or do the Welly Warehouse staff think they're being intelligent business people by leaving 1% open to speculation? This leaves me in a very frustrating situation as the boots are needed tonight and all Welly Warehouse can do is advise me appropriate action will be taken internally... GREAT.
