Person concerned made an issue out of the fact that I did not have the postcode for the town I wanted to ship to.

Instead of kindly asking me to hold while he looked it up, he told me not to waste his time, can you believe it?

You would not believe the dialogue that transpired via E-Mail following the phone call.
