AVOID this company. If you had the foresight to check reviews before phoning the company and recieving a contract for your car insurance then excellent, because they are literal scam artists. They work on the basis of once you submit a query for a quote, they give you the lowest quote you will find. I did just this, however asked not to start the policy until I phoned for confirmation. They agreed, and the next day ignored it and started the policy. They then started getting 'muddled' with the information, telling me that I had submitted different information from what I had done. Their policy letter that came through even stated all my details, including a younger named driver. However they phoned my saying the insurance premium would go up, to 6000 pound from a mere 1700, because the named driver was not known to be younger, and not had a no claims bonus. I specified this however when recieving the quote, and it was confirmed on the policy letter they have.
They then are trying to wriggle out of our cancellation and trying to charge us 50 pound to cancel, when stated on the policy 25 pound would be charged in the first 14 days. Terrible service, terrible communication and they seem to be nothing but money grabbing brokers. Heavily dissapointed, AVOID at ALL costs, please trust me on this. Don't make the mistake
