Trying to make a complaint to Gatwick seems impossible, I went on holiday and my girlfriend left her purse on the plane, we realised as soon as we were off the flight but no one would let us back on, we were the last to leave the plane and it was never handed in. The only people aloud on the plane are airline employees. We've contacted then and Gatwick and have had no help at all. I've tried to complain to Gatwick but it seems the only complaint you can send in is one about aircraft noise!!! Does anyone know of an address I can use to send my complaint into.
