Not receiving mail

Hi, i have been having problems with my post for some months now, 1 day a week i seem to get lots of mail, with cant gain entry written on envelope. i do not live in a flat that needs entrance, i have been charged by bank through not getting bills on time because this problem. could u please look into it, im not happy with the service that is being provided.
