I have had a British airways Mastercard for 5 years and ammassed 60, 000 Avios Points which I want to redeem in flights, hotels, etc. I have been trying to get to these points for 6 months, but am unable to get relief from BA. When they promise to attend to the problem which is that I have a duplicate account, there is no return email address from the named person who undertakes to fix it, the mail instructs that you should not reply to it, forcing you to go through their website over and over. i have done this 8 times, but have got no further. It appears to me that they are determined to evade me, as they offer fax facilities but no return email addresses. I have been enormously frustrated in this process and wish that I'd never taken this BA Mastercard.
