1. Booked van on line, quote didn't include VAT which was only made clear when confirming booking.
2. Booking confirmed and form allowed you to input drop off address and pick up address, not making it clear that you could only have the same address - what's the point of having to fill out the same address twice!!
3. Had a phone call 830am (the day before I am due to move house) to inform me that they could only drop off and pick up from one address, I accepted this as just needed a van to move house! Only to have a phone call 2 1/2hrs later to say that they could not supply a van, we're sorry and you will not be charged. WTF, it doesn't help me move house!!!
After reading the other reviews I will be checking on this ASAP!!!
I wish I had read these reviews before booking as they really are not exaggerating - do not touch them no matter how desperate you are!!!
Got a better deal in the end with a much better company that I could actually understand what man was saying and he was extremely helpful!! Go with Rabbit instead!!!
