We returned our hired vehicle to Gatwick airport as instructed with a full tank and no damage to the vehicle on the 4th July. We were informed that 10 to 14 days we would receive our deposit. Well guess what.. NOTHING.
After numerous emails, phone calls and promises from customer care nothing.
I highly urge everyone considering to use Car-Hire-Uk to stay as far away as possible
