ON 24 JAN 2013 I RENTED A VEHICLE ONLINE VIA [URL Removed] TO BE COLLECTED AT THE AIRPORT BY MY DRIVER BASE IN CAPE TOWN ON THE 24 JAN 2013 FOR THREE DAYS . DID PAYMENT THE WORKS JUST TO BE INFORMED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER THAT I NEED TO DRIVE 220KM RETURN TO WORCESTER TO PRODUCE MY CREDIT CARD IN PERSON. WHEN I CONTACTED THE SERVICE PROVIDER TO CANCEL THIS IS THEIR REPLY :

As per our terms and conditions, rentals within 48 hours prior to pick up will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to three days of the rental or the total cost of the rental if three days or less. If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the reserved time and later requests cancellation: the total cost of the rental will still be charged.
