Absolute wankers! took 200 pounds from my account without authorisation, -after i had cancelled my booking -(because i thought something wasnt quite right) no correspondance etc etc, ...Their employees are all thick as shit, with no skills what so ever (should not be allowed anywhere near a telephone) they are in danger of dribbling into the mouthpiece and electrocuting themselves, -i can only live in hope! i am currently trying to get my money back through my banks fraudulent transactions route - still waiting, hopefully it will come good, have spoken to trading standards, and do not think its worth even writing them a letter... if anyone has an address for an office or headoffice of these cowardly pricks i would be most grateful- i would love to meet these drivveling pieces of shit face to face and make them forcefully eject me-- but not before i collect my money and leave -- you will get whats coming to you A1 national van hire--never use this company! youve been warned...
