Absolute ridiculous service. Called them, the guy hung up on me. called them the second time and they said a cab would be there asap. waited 30 minutes in the rain and nothing turned up. I've never seen such horrible service in my life. it's be 4 hours and i still haven't got the text telling me the cab has arrived.
