Poor service/rude employees

Sunday 25/10/09 i took my fiance and 3 daughters to the seaside for a drive, at around tea time we took the girls, aged 8 and 7 years, and 3weeks old, to the burgerking fast food outlet on the sea front, the 2 older girls had kids meals to which we sat down to eat, i returned to the counter a little later as my 3 week old daughter had woken up needing a feed, i asked the woman behind the counter if it was possible for her to warm the baby's bottle up for me, to which she refused in a very sharp and uncourteous way to do, i then requested for a second time if she could supply me with a cup of warm water so i could warm my daughters feed up, to which the refusal came in the very same way. I find it absolutely disgusting that we had purchased food from this takeaway to eat in but was refused point blank to get a baby's bottle warmed up, eventually, we got up and left, went next door to a shop that sells seaside gifts and the lady there very graciously warmed the feed up for me. Why couldnt burgerking have done this when other establishments provide this service? including mcdonalds! i find it disgusting that such a large company would not provide such a basic and public needed service.
