On the evening 19th June i ordered two drinks at the bar and gave a ten pound note and 30p change as the order was 5pounds 30 pence. As I was expecting five pounds change I stood at the bar and was given a blank look. I then asked for my five pounds change and i was told i had only gave a five pound note. My friend stood next to me then assured me that i had given ten pounds not five. I then asked them to check CCTV and had no result so they went on to check the till wich come back 4pounds down! I then retorted that they had obviously had been making mistakes all night as the till was down anyway and was told to leave the pub. I on the other had told them that i would not leave untill the matter was resolved. The staff were abusive to mer and told me that they would phone the police if I would not leave. As I knew I was standing up for my cause I told them that I would stay untill they came. On their arrival I was escorted out as the problem maker and was told it was a civil matter. I am furious over this incident and feel that I have been made to look like a charloton in front of the hole establishment.
