In February I had two occasions to win Surprises - one was for a dinner at ASK and the other to receive flowers. To date neither of the vouchers have been received EMAIL even though I received a text advising they were on their way.. I phoned and spoke to an advisor who was going to sort the matter out and now I have another 02 surprise which I am NOT GOING TO BOTHER to claim because it is a WASTE OF TIME. I intend to register the complaint with TRADING STANDARDS.
