This firm set up a direct debit and took £65 out of my account.

I did not sign up for anything and had never heard of them until they stole £65 from me.

I intend to put this matter in the hands of the fraud squad.

How can some disreputable firm gain access to my bank account without using identity theft.

This is appaling.
