WARNING do not reply to unknown banks or folk who try to get your details lying to you about huge sums of money you have "won" in the lottery or from yet more plane smashes in nations you never went to in your life.
Plenty of the emails are a ripoff so dont get taken for details or for money for EXPENSES or other lies. Get an email to them pronto telling them you are a lawyer and their ass will be quickly thrown in jail if they email you again. Genuine folk will get an email or letter to you. Fedex are ok just not fair that piss artists steal their rep from trying to get into your wallet.
