I bought a samsung mobile on the 12/4. once i opened it i relised that there is no CD for the softwear and there is no data cable that connects the phone to pc.

i spoke with the shop dupty manager but he was soooooooooooo aggresive and voilent to provide me the missing parts.

so now i want to return the phone but can not do so they refuse to take it back, saying its the samsung police not include the data cable and softwear cd d
