There have been 69 pound taken off my account without notice. I havent applied for any loan with this company nor did I authorise any payment. The number provided on its website is of no one respons on the number provided its is just useless. The only other way is the contact details provided where we can write to... but does this make any difference as waiting for a reply this way will be too long where the bank will forget about it and no refund will be possible. I dont know how I will get refunded for this payment. It does look like many have had the same issue where this company has taken a payment which has not been authorised by the account holder. I really hope this will be dealt with as a serious complain.
