Unlawful tkg money from my account

I called this company to try and find me a loan, i was told if they got me a loan a £79.00 admin fee would be taken from the first instalment, when the loan goes into my account. I then received a letter with a receipt saying £79.00 had been taken out of my bank unlawfully without my permission and i have had no loan and no longer want 1, i intend to contact my bank, police and this company asap.
