In the United Kingdom, I am taking Capital One to court for charging me 20 for each Late Payment and Overlimit. According to the Office of Fair Trading, this is disproportionste to their actual costs and are being investigated at the moment.
They have broken their Terms and Conditions by levying these unlawful charges.
There are many more Banks, Building Societies, Credit Cards and Store Cards doing the same and there is a Nationwide Explosion of Consumers relclaiming these unlawful charges.
