I had £67.50 taken from my bank account without authorisation on 01.02.2012. this was done online using my debit card details, i certainly did not authorise for this money to be taken, i only give my information to sites i regularly use and seeing as i don't even know who these people are i don't see how they could've got my details. i have reported this to my bank and they have cancelled my debit card. i tried contacting the company online to try and get this resolved with no success. i am disabled and this money was taken from my disability benefit. my husband are on low incomes only receiving benefits and this amount is quite a lot of money to lose. i would be obliged if this can get solved asap as i am in ill health and this is stressing me even more. i await a reply and trust something can be done to stop this company once and all.
