Why my bank is aksed to pay you £89.00 today?

I am surprised to note today that My bank is paying you £89.01 with out my authority to you? I have cancelled that direct debit or instructions with my bank but my bank says that i should take up the matter with you.

Please confirm that you are not trying to take any money out of my bank yet there was no agreement concluded with you.
