Please help me as I lost 49, 000 from UFXMarkets by account manager who make a deal for me to buy sliver 4Mio by phone and he didn't put proper stop loss. As per discussion with account manager he promised that he will never put my account more than 20 to 30% risk. Today he was on leave. Some xxx called me to get this trade over the phone. Now almost i am collapse.
Account manager (Tom) pushed me hardly to deposit more money to be a platinum member to get high quality assistant which is not true
They have many suspicious attitude like recommending to deposit money on many portions instead of one lot and giving missed calls which I feel that they want just to record on their system that they're calling me
Please guide my with the effective channels to get my money back.
