They give me a choose of a courier IBC INTERNATIONAL BONDED COURIER, IBC COMPLEX, 363 STOCKLEY CLOSE, WEST DRAYTON, MIDDLESEX UB7 9BL ENGLAND, 44-704-571-1846, 707-515-8042.

I would like to know is this lottery for real or is a scam.
