me and my husband are good custers of the bank, and my husband is away at sea under water, as has just left Idian wear he use his card, about a week later i recived a letter from security saying that the change in pattern of use, that might indicative fraud.which is nice that they are looking after my husband, s card. so i phone them up to explain that not to worrie that my husband did use the card in Indan, but they would not talk to me as it is not my account, which i fully understand.i did not want to know anythink about my husband account, only to let than know that my husband email me to say he wont be able to contaced the bank untill next month, unless they have a email address which they told me they don, t, i was shoulted at by LORIE JANKINS and she cut me of which should be all on tape i then called back and was told that she was to busy to appogise to me, which even throw i an not a custner all i was trying to tell them was that Michael is not replying to then as he is away..as in the letter they aske him to contact them immediately.i then wrote them a letter asking for an appoge and how up set i was. to day the 22nd, i recived a phone call from CATH HUSBON saying that she had got my letter and that it was being file, and that was that .i told her i was going to complaints and she wouldn, t gave me any address or phone numbers to call she said it would just get back to then to deel with and would be a wast of time, as you can inmagen i an relly upset, why after all these years of being with then this is the fist time that i have been spoken to so rouldly.and there is no need for it .i await your reply
